Elevated front plank

Elevated front plank is a core movement selected only when the exact equipment, support and space are available today.

The decision

When this movement makes sense

The documented configuration uses Bodyweight and budgets 30 seconds for setup before sets and rest are counted.

When this changes

If any required condition —a genuinely stable incline— cannot be confirmed, or the available load does not match the recorded configuration, the engine chooses another movement instead of improvising.
