Pull · main movement

Negative pull-ups

Negative pull-ups is a pull movement selected only when the exact equipment, support and space are available today.

The decision

When this movement makes sense

The documented configuration uses One pull-up bar and budgets 80 seconds for setup before sets and rest are counted.

When this changes

If any required condition —full clearance around the pull-up bar, a stable way to reach the top position— cannot be confirmed, or the available load does not match the recorded configuration, the engine chooses another movement instead of improvising.
