Pull · main movement

Band-assisted pull-ups

Band-assisted pull-ups is a pull movement selected only when the exact equipment, support and space are available today.

The decision

When this movement makes sense

The documented configuration uses One resistance band or One pull-up bar and budgets 105 seconds for setup before sets and rest are counted.

When this changes

If any required condition —a bar compatible with band setup, full clearance around the pull-up bar— cannot be confirmed, or the available load does not match the recorded configuration, the engine chooses another movement instead of improvising.
